Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the abundantweddinginvitations.com website (the “Service”) operated by Abundant Wedding Invitations (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Orders shipped within Illinois will include 10.25% sales tax.
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a digital proof within 7 business days for a save the date, invitation, or wedding day paper, or 5 business days for favors (cups, napkins, koozies, etc.). If your order includes a custom illustration, proofing time will take an additional week. If you fail to include any required information on your order (such as event date, location, etc.), we cannot proceed with your order until all information has been provided to us. The design of your piece will not begin until we have complete information from you; therefore, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur in the design and production of your order due to your failure to provide us with any and all necessary information.
Once designs are approved, digital printing takes 2-3 weeks, letterpress takes 3-4 weeks, and favors take 3-4 weeks. Other embellishments may also extend the turnaround time.
These turnaround times are only estimates. We do not guarantee delivery by a certain date.
Save the dates, invitations, and wedding day paper orders include 3 proofs. If additional revision rounds are required, they are charged at $50 per additional round, billed separately. It is important to consider that extra design revisions and/or delays in feedback may affect production time and possibly delay your order.
Our business hours are subject to change without notice.
If the studio will be closed during hour regularly scheduled business hours, we will post these dates in our store notice at the top of the website and in our email signature at least 7 days prior.
Pricing on our website represents the full retail price in USD and does not include postage or applicable taxes. All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. In the event that items on the website are priced incorrectly, we retain the right to cancel and refund any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price.
Shipping costs are applied to your total at checkout. All physical orders except sample packs are shipped via UPS Ground, which may take between 2-5 business days depending on your location. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer be responsible for its handling. A tracking number will automatically be assigned to the shipment, but we will have no access to information regarding progress of the shipment beyond the tracking information provided by UPS. Because we ultimately cannot control the final timeline of the shipment once it has been turned over to UPS, we strongly encourage you to place your order as early as possible to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for any loss(es), delay(s), or damage(s) incurred during shipment. Sample packs are shipped via USPS Priority-Mail.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our services, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange or return. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase only if no design work has begun. After that time, orders are not eligible for cancellation. If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.
We recommend that you carefully review your proofs for any spelling errors or inaccuracies prior to giving your final approval. We cannot make additional changes once your item has been approved for printing and is in production.
Sample packs are non-refundable.
Our letterpress printing process features inks that are mixed by hand. Slight variations in ink color are a possibility and should be anticipated.
We strive to represent the colors shown on our website as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the printed color will look exactly like the screen color.
By placing your order, you agree that you have the right to use any provided artwork or photos. We are not liable for any breach of contract or copyright infringement that occurs by using the provided artwork or photos.
All artwork, designs, content, and products displayed, advertised, and/or sold on this website are the sole property and copyright of Abundant Wedding Invitations . All designs, images, works of art, and products used and/or conveyed during the proofing process are the sole property and copyright of Abundant Wedding Invitations. Designs, images, and works of art may not be used for personal use, reproduction, creation of derivative works, or otherwise. All content on this website is copyrighted upon its creation, and is governed by the United States Copyright Act of 1976 (USCA).
Abundant Wedding Invitations reserves the right to use any designs, artwork, or images created for you on future projects or to promote products and services. If you do not want your personal information to appear in promotional material, you must provide us with a written request at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
